Showering without limits, but please use the right shower channel: Viega now offers what often could only be implemented as a customised production in the past as a successfully designed modular building block solution. From long to short, round corners or in a U-shape, three new connecting elements give the Advantix Vario a high level of flexibility and the freedom to design your individual dream shower.
No matter how big, no matter what shape. Walk-in showers are possible in all variations. Up to now, this was not the case with shower channels. Customised productions were needed, to transport the arising water to the right place and with the necessary capacity. At the sanitary Trend Show in Frankfurt, Viega has now presented a simple and extremely effective solution for the Advantix Vario shower channel: With just three connectors, shower channels of up to 2.80 metres in length can be realised with the same simplicity as solutions around corners or in a U-shape. Even very short but extremely powerful shower channels, such as those needed for waterfall and rain showerheads, can be quickly assembled simply by inserting and screwing.
Function and design
An end cap, a connector and a corner connector make countless new designs possible for the Advantix Vario. The high drainage capacity is achieved by using two Vario shower channels, each with a self-cleaning drain. In terms of style, Advantix Vario excels due to its consistent, puristic design, which allows particularly subtle integration into the tiled floors with a standing grate of just four millimetres in width. An extended range of colours for the metal gratings and cover caps support its optimal integration into the floor. As well as the familiar designs in stainless steel, both matt and gloss, black and white are now also available.
Flexibility, minimalism and top performance: Convincing arguments, which won the innovative shower channel the “red dot” for high design quality, the renowned “Design Plus powered by ISH” prize and recently the German Design Award 2013.
