The retrospective installation of a shower-WC is also laborious if the pre-wall installation has not been supplied with the relevant connections during its manufacture. However, these can differ greatly depending on the model and manufacturer. Now conventional shower-WCs and shower-WC attachments can be connected to the new Eco Plus shower-WC pre-wall element from Viega. The connections are covered by a removable glass panel. This allows you to install a shower-WC or attachment even retrospectively.
The Eco Plus shower-WC element is Viega’s answer to the large product diversity of shower-WCs which have been launched on the market over the last few years: Irrespective of the manufacturer and type of WC, the technician can now finish the entire pre-wall construction in the bathroom, including tiling. The element is only prepared for the relevant connections when the end consumer has decided on a WC, a shower-WC or a WC attachment. This doesn’t only provide advantages for undecided customers: With the new Eco Plus element, you can provide for tomorrow today, as you can retrofit a WC with a shower-WC at any time.
Glass panel covers connections
The new Eco Plus shower-WC element is supplied with a power and water connection during manufacture. The connections are hidden behind an elegant glass panel, which is available in three designs for conventional shower-WCs and shower-WC attachments. The glass cover can be easily removed for retrospective connections. The WC can be attached at five different heights from 310 mm to 390 mm.
Extensive Viega Eco Plus range
The new Eco Plus shower-WC element is supplied preassembled, like all the Eco Plus modules from Viega. The self-supporting elements made of powder-coated steel pipe are not only particularly stable. They are also very easy to assemble thanks to the variable attachments and integrated alignment aid.
The Viega Eco Plus range includes WCs and washstands, along with base, corner, urinal and bidet elements. If there is only a limited amount of space, the particularly compact Eco Plus corner elements can be used.
